  • Access lead enrichment services (optional)

Future Agent acts solely as a service provider and does not initiate communications independently.

Information Provided by Users

We may collect information that users voluntarily provide, including:

  • Account credentials and authentication data

  • Uploaded contact lists and lead data

  • WhatsApp Business Account information

  • Message content exchanged during active sessions

  • Billing, subscription, and transaction data

  • Support communications

Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Platform, we may automatically collect:

  • IP address and approximate location

  • Device type, browser type, and operating system

  • Usage logs, timestamps, and activity metadata

  • Session identifiers and authentication tokens

WhatsApp Data Processing

  • WhatsApp data is processed exclusively via Meta’s official APIs.

  • Message content may be temporarily stored only during active conversation sessions.

  • Message data may be retained briefly for:

    • Service delivery

    • Debugging and support

    • Compliance with platform requirements

  • We do not sell, rent, or monetize WhatsApp message content.

Artificial Intelligence Processing

  • AI features are optional and user-controlled.

  • AI may generate or assist with message responses.

  • AI output is assistive only and may be inaccurate or incomplete.

  • Future Agent does not guarantee correctness, legality, or suitability of AI-generated content.

Users remain fully responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated messages.

Lead Enrichment

If enabled by the user, Future Agent may enrich uploaded leads using internal systems or third-party data sources. Lead enrichment is optional and subject to availability.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have lawful authority to process and enrich lead data.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and operate the Platform

  • Facilitate WhatsApp onboarding and messaging

  • Enable AI-powered features

  • Process billing and payments

  • Provide customer support

  • Improve performance and reliability

  • Comply with legal obligations

Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell personal data.

  • Meta Platforms (for WhatsApp functionality)

  • Data is hosted using Supabase infrastructure.

  • No system can guarantee absolute security; users accept this inherent risk.

Users are solely responsible for:

  • Obtaining valid opt-in from recipients

  • Compliance with WhatsApp, Meta, and applicable laws

  • Accuracy and legality of uploaded data

  • Proper use of AI-generated content

Future Agent assumes no responsibility for user non-compliance.

Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to:

  • Provide services

  • Comply with legal obligations

  • Resolve disputes

  • Enforce agreements

User Rights

Users may request:

  • Access to personal data

  • Correction of inaccuracies

  • Data deletion

  • Account termination
