You must have authority to bind your organization
You must comply with all applicable laws and platform policies
WhatsApp & Meta Compliance (CRITICAL)
You acknowledge and agree that:
You are solely responsible for WhatsApp compliance
You must obtain lawful opt-in before messaging
You must use approved templates where required
Future Agent is not responsible for account bans, suspensions, or enforcement actions by Meta or WhatsApp
Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer
AI features are assistive only
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
You assume full responsibility for all AI-generated content
Future Agent disclaims all liability arising from AI usage
Payments, Billing & Refunds
Subscription and usage-based fees apply
Free trials may be offered
Subscription refunds: available within 30 days
Usage credits: non-refundable
Fees exclude taxes unless stated otherwise
Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for:
Violation of these Terms
Violation of platform policies
Unlawful or abusive behavior
No refunds are owed upon termination for cause.
Intellectual Property
The Platform and underlying technology are owned by Future Company Inc.
Users retain ownership of their data
Users grant us a limited license to process data to provide services
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 12 months
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Future Company Inc. from claims arising from:
Your data
Messaging practices
AI-generated content
Legal or platform violations
Governing Law & Arbitration
Governing law: Canada
Disputes resolved by binding arbitration
Courts excluded except where required by law
